So with the closing of school, I stumbled upon a new MMORPG. Last summer my sister introduced me to Tales of Pirates (ToP) and that lasted up until March, which is fairly long. Hopefully this one will stick for a while xD Introducing Dream of Mirror Online, a new MMORPG released back in November of 2007 from Taiwan (or Japan, so don't hold me accountable for this one.) Though there are only two servers up (Onyx and Sapphire), more will become available with the entry of more players. 

The interesting thing about this game that its not strictly an MMORPG as it leans over to a more classical RPG with the character being able to follow his or her own storyline depending on his or her choices. Also fairly new to MMORPGs is the aditional skill of flying  which takes time away from walking far distances (teleportation is limited)

 As this game is based on chinese myths, there has  ben an addition of relationships between characters (such as destined lovers, ancestery rivalry or ancestry family.) Though you can create this relationships without the system predermining it for you, It is easier to confirm destined relationships.

Guild also make an appearance as you can participate in guild missions.

Options: When you start out, you have the choice of choosing between four races: Human, Shura, Sylph and Sprite. (Note that the choice of race does not affect your stats.) Further on in the game you may also choose between jobs and also have the option of having 'sub-jobs" aside from your main one and can level them up independently. Happy Holidays to everybody! No school (but lots of hw...), friends and family, and warm happii feelings! There isn't any snow here, but skies are clear and the air is warm. Maybe I should take Snubbles a walk...then again, he just got a bath. Stinky Fluffly Doggy xP

I feel like there's so much to say, but I don't know where to start. Firstly, I can say that I'm pleased with the fact that I'm able to buy a new outfit in Tales of Pirates thanks to the mods who gave us 100 Item Mall points. I gained a couple of levels, leaving me off at level 46. I feel so acomplished *_* Now my goals left are to get enough money for angel wings, become level 50, and own a pet fairy. Those are my ToP resolutions!

As for reality, I have to start listing my resolutions. Before the break, I remember writing down some of them in my journal, though in the end, they became very unrealistic with the help of my friend who was visiting me in the library.

• Eat Healthier
• Lose 3-5 lbs
• Stretch/Crunches/Pushups
• Become less of a jealous person
• Keep my promises
• Look on the brighter side

...And more. The first 3 or so were to help encourage my dad mostly. He has to change his diet and lose weight, so I'm giving him company. They say its always more enjoyable excersising with a friend! Ahh I have to rethink my resolutions xD they seem kind of...not thought out.

We spend Christmas Eve at my cousin James house. We were watching MTV live for a bit, and I got hooked on Paramore ^0^ I like the lead singer's voice. AND SHE WAS WEARING YELLOW *fav color* amazing! Much happened last night. We brought my dog Snubbles to his house to let him spend time with every one (he would have been alone in the house.) James and I were doing push ups for fun (we ate strawberry cheesecake and cassava cake, so we felt the need to do something) and suddenly, Snubby takes a crap in front of us and in front of the TV. Good thing is that I made my little sister Alyssa pick it up this time (she never does her responsibilities, so I hit it right back at her ^_~) Nevertheless, it was great. 

Anyone looking forward to New Year's? I don't know about everyone else, but Christmas didn't feel like Christmas to me. It was a happii time, but it just didn't feel like how it used to be when we were 8. I suppose its ok though. As long as we spend time with each other, its all good. I have to stop looking back at the old times and look foward to the future. Just have to make sure that I don't skip the present xD.

The friday starting the break, my mom, sis and I went shopping. It was supposed to be shopping for Christmas presents, but my mom allowed us to go shopping for clothes ourselves xD It was awesome! She says we have alot of clothes (its true I suppose...) but most of them are old/out of style handmedowns or clothes that I didn't buy that I don't like (it usually looks weird, or just feels weird in general b/c its quarter sleeved or something. I don't like anything quarter sleeved xD) Does anybody else feel that way? My cousin Kim said the same thing, so I hope we aren't the only ones who think like this. 

Tomorrow if my mom is up for it (she's been working 3 nights straight) we're going back to this store to exchange some of Alyssa's clothes. Last time, we were looking at boots and showed them to my mom. She said they looked ok and that we could get them if we wanted. We were like O.O seriously? That's so AWESOME *_* The day after, my cousins, sister and I were planning to go to the all to shop for MORE clothes xD. I probably won't be able to get anything (my mom nags me b/c she follows us EVERYWHERE) Dammit its so annoying. Hopefully she'll be alittle looser that day or my aunt brings us instead xD We'll see what happens. 

Have a happii stress free vacation everybody! Enjoy it while its here. We have to wait until Feb. for presidents week. Until then, ja ne ~

I'm pooped x___x I've been busy since thursday. The club that I joined sponsors a poetry night to gather writing entries for the creative writing magazine we produce at the end of the year. I stayed in school for over 12 hours. An utter nightmare indeed, but it was a great experience in my opinion. 

Friday is ALWAYS busy with tennis and dance. Every other week, we get an extended hour of lessons, leaving us with only an hour to rest before dance from 6 to 7. I was SUPPOSED to do bio homework, but it didn't seem very appealing. I ended up trying to fix profiles for other accounts I own. Fixing profiles are always fun! I ended up sleeing late that night as well xD

Saturday had to be an exception. Snubbles recieved his yearly vaccinations as well as a bi weekly bath. He smells so clean and homely fresh. He's softer too, I think. Other than that, that was my saturday.

And Sunday was amazing. We weren't expecting much really. Honestly, [Carine and I] had no idea what we were doing. Our moms signed us up for community service to help work in a soup kitchen (which wasn't to our consent, btw.) Because the trip was full, they scheduled a trip to work at a place which helps deliver food to sickly people [HIV/AIDS and other illnesses.] There, we were sent to package pound cake and wrap it in order for larger companies to send and deliver them out. Carine and I were in charge of ribbons, and even though we were tying ribbons for roughly and hour and a half, it never got boring xD i don't know why. We had fun! I guess thats what counts right?

And the reason for me having energy through all 4 days without collapsing from fatigue was probably because of all the pepsi I drank. Like sunday morning, I ate cheesecake and pepsi for breakfast (not healthy, but we were running late, so we grabbed what we could.) On the bus to the city, I had too much energy and laughed it all off while banging my head on the seat in front of me. Yeah...I scared quite a few people that day. What do you want from me?

I hope for more adventures to come! 2 more weeks until Christmas vacation! Who's ready for a white Christmas? I know I am! And sorry for not uploading any pics this time around...I'm typing this on my desktop, and for those who know me, all my files are on my laptop, so no pics to upload here. Maybe next time! But for now...I have this doujin of Kiba/Hinata I found over at the community. It's so cute! Especially the way its drawn. I'm looking for icon/avatar makers out there. This is a shout out to you guys! So if there's ANYBODY who can help me make some avatars using scans from this doujin, kindly help me out!
